Our knife holders are produced from high quality steels selected for strength, wear resistance, and long service life:

• DIN 1.7225 (42CrMoV4): high strength alloy steel for demanding shredding applications
• C45: reliable mediumcarbon steel for standard operating conditions
• Hardox: abrasion resistant steel for extended lifetime under heavy wear
• Hardfacing: applied for maximum wear resistance and reduced maintenance intervals
