Available with conical perforations ranging from 60 µm to 300 µm and metal thicknesses up to 3 mm. Our laser-drilled conical holes are engineered to be narrower on the dirty side and wider on the clean side. This optimized geometry delivers a self-cleaning effect, reduces backpressure, minimizes clogging and helps maximize productivity while extending the filter's operational life.
Suitable for processing a wide range of polymers, they help maintain product quality while improving extrusion efficiency. Our Laserfilters can be cleaned by pyrolysis systems multiple times. With every laserfilter guidelines for cleaning are supplied.
