Coating

Whether you need your knives coated with Teflon to avoid build up of adhesive, want to improve lifetime of single use knives with TiN coating or need a better quality pellet with plasma coated die face plates, KAMADUR can provide the right surface treatment.

Laser Marking

Have your knives marked with your logo and reference number to create a private label. Add the article code and URL for your webshop to make
re-ordering even easier for your customers. For optimal tracebility, we can lasermark unique batch and serial numbers. We use fiberoptic laser marking equipment for the most precise and visible result.

Stocking

We have the capacity to stock blades in our warehouse in the Netherlands. Based on a frame agreement, we give you the opportunity to order bigger quantities without increasing your own stock levels. Delivery of knives can be called-off by phone or email. This ensures a timely delivery at a bulk price. Contact us today with your annual quantities.

Logistics

To avoid unnecessary handling, CO2 emissions and cost for transport, we can be your logistic partner. Shipping orders direct to your agents, re-sellers or customers. Within the EU we can add your delivery note and paperwork. Due to our close proximity to Schiphol airport and Rotterdam port we have great connections to all major shipping routes and couriers. Measuring

With our state-of-the-art measuring equipment we can provide detailed reports with every delivery. Need individual reports for tracebility?

Designing

When you need custom made knives, we can provide these according to a drawing or sample. Our desginers can reverse engineer worn samples into full technical drawings. Longer slots for more re-grinds, different cutting angles or different steel grades, our technical specialists translate your wishes into production drawings.

Packaging

We pack our knives to ensure your order arrives in the best possible condition. From granulator blades in boxes per set and boxes for collecting circular knives to re-sharpened, to lockable boxes for high value knives, all of our packaging is custom made in our own wood working shop.
Our team can provide you with all of your packaging requirements.

Sourcing

When you need a specific item but can not find the right supplier? Or if an item is not available in your country at a reasonable price?
