OEM compatible cutter hubs
We maintain an extensive database of technical drawings for common pelletizer hubs. Provide an OEM reference sketch or photo and we will match the correct design quickly and accurately.
Material options
Cutter hubs are available in stainless steel grades 1.4057 and 1.4542. Optional wear resistant coatings increase durability in demanding production environments and support long service intervals. For compounds with glassfibre content, we offer hubs with brazed TC layer to protect against excessive wear
From which brands does KAMADUR supply the cutter hubs
Cutter hubs for Gala, Econ pelletizers include threaded rings and ball bearings for ready to install convenience and predictable performance. For Econ we supply hubs with removable arms as well as hubs made from 1 single piece. BKG/Nordson hubs come with the threads direct in the body as well as additional cooling holes. Starlinger and Maag cutter hubs are supplied with the full mounting brackets pre-installed. KAMADUR hubs for these machines are plug and play. All these features are supplied at a fraction of the cost when ordering OEM parts.
