Standard die plates don’t always match your material, throughput, or pellet quality requirements. Our custom die plates are designed around your specific process conditions to deliver clean cutting, stable operation and long service life.

Engineered for Demanding Applications

Each custom die plate is manufactured using optimized steel grades, controlled hardness, and tight machining tolerances. Optional TC or TIC/FT04 wear segments, nitrided cutting surfaces, and special coatings are available for abrasive, filled, or high-temperature compounds.
