Our Dreher knives are manufactured from premium 1.2379 (D2) material, processed with CNC technology and heat-treated in state-of-the-art furnaces. They are triple hardened for optimum microstructure, and offer exceptional wear resistance, robustness and durability. To increase life when processing reinforced materials, we also offer blades with a carbide inlay, which can increase life up to ten times compared to ordinary D2 steel.
